Is a customer account required for ordering products?

You can order products with or without a customer account, the choice is yours.
There are some differences between ordering with or without a customer account.

Ordering with customer account:

When you want to order products you have the choice to create a customer account.
Your name and address data is needed for delivering your order. This data is
secured with your personal password. The benefits of a customer account are that
you have to fill in your personal data only once and that you can follow the status
of your order online. Also you can see the information of all your previous orders.
With a customer account you also have the possibility to create an address-book for
maximum 5 different addresses which you can use for shipping your ordered products
to, or to ship your ordered products to someone else as a gift.
Only with a customer account you have the choice to subscribe for our newsletters.

Ordering without a customer account.


When you choose not to have a customer account then only your name and address
data is needed for delivering your order. No password is needed.
Because no customer account is created it is not possible to follow the status of
your orders online, or to see information of all your previous orders.
Also you can not create a personal address-book or subscribe for our newsletters.

 


I have a customer account but i lost my password?

No problem at all. When you lost your password you can ask for a new password
in the login screen. A new password is generated automatically and send to
your email-address. When logged in again you can easily change your password.

 


How can i change my password or personal information?

You can change your password or other personal information via the menu
Customer Data in the upper part of the screen.

 


Where is the Shopping Cart for?

The Shopping Cart is some kind of memory for all the products you selected at
our webshop. Via the menu Cart Contents in the upper part of the screen you
can see your Shopping Cart with all the selected products. Also you have the
choice to remove a product or to change the quantity of products. Use the button
Update to recalculate all the values of the Shopping Cart. Then you can continue
shopping or place the order using the button Check Out. When you are logged in
the contents of your Shopping Cart will be remembered until your next visit.

 


How are the prices displayed in the webshop?

The standard price of a product is displayed near the name of the product
in the upper part of the screen. When different options are possible the
extra price for the chosen option is added at the standard price.
For example: the standard price of a product is 10.00 euro. The extra price
for the chosen option is 5.00 euro. Total price will be 15.00 euro.
All displayed prices are including TAX.

 


Which steps are needed for ordering products?

Shortly you can order products as follows:

  • Products are layed in Shopping Cart.
  • Click on the button Check Out.
  • Create a customer account or continue without account.
  • Fill in your shipping information.
  • Choose the payment method.
  • Confirm the order. 

After confirming your order you get an email with a confirmation of your order,
an overview of the ordered products and if needed our bank details. If you have
not received our order confirmation within 1 hour please send us an email.
Probably the email-address you filled in was not correct.

 


How do i know the status of my order?

You always receive an email from us when the status of your order has changed,
both for orders placed with a customer account or orders placed without
a customer account. When you have a customer account you can also check the
status of your orders online. When you don't have a customer account you
can only follow the status via the received emails.

The possible statuses are possible:
  • pending (your order has been received).
  • waiting (waiting for your payment).
  • processing (your payment has been received, your order will be processed
    as fast as possible).
  • shipped (your order has been shipped).
  • backorder (your order or part of it is not in stock and will be delivered
    as fast as possible).
  • cancelled (your order is not complete or invalid and can not be processed).


When will the ordered products be shipped?

Gray Cards and DVD's will be shipped within 1-2 days after we received your
payment. All other products will be shipped within 5 working days after we
received your payment, however we strive to ship your order within 3 working
days. It is possible that one or more products are not in stock. In that case
we will ship your order as soon as possible. We will send you an email when
your order has been shipped.

 


Which payment methods are possible?

  • When your are resident in the Netherlands you can pay via iDEAL or
    via a standard Bank Transfer.
  • When you are resident outside the Netherlands but within the EU you
    can pay via an European Bank Transfer or via PayPal.
  • When you are resident outside the EU you can only pay via PayPal.

For creditcard payments we make use of the secured PayPal payment system.
PayPal has proven to be a very safe and sophisticated payment method,
both for buyers and sellers. Making payments using PayPal is easy and secure.

 


What are the shipping costs for my order?

The shipping costs are dependant of the country of destination and the total
weight of your order, these costs are calculated during the time of check out
of your order and clearly indicated to you.
All shipping costs are based on the standard tariffs of Dutch TNT-post.

 


Can products be returned?

It can occur once that you want to return a product.
This is possible within 7 days after receiving the product, but only if the
product is not used, undamaged and in it's original packaging.
Please notify: the costs for returning the product are at your own expense.
Please take contact with us via email before returning a product.
